Technologies for optimal energy efficient retrofitting and Energy Service Companies role in NZEBR

Two new reports are now available from the NeZeR project.

The aim of the report ESCO:s role in NZEBR is to compile the current status regarding ESCOs involvement in Nearly Zero Energy Building Renovation (NZEBR) and deployment of Renewable Energy Sources (RES) within the partner countries.

The aim of the other report is to analyse best available renovation solutions for reduced energy use and renewable energy sources (RES) for optimal energy efficient renovation. Firstly, it collects the most representative building typologies in each partner country (information regarding constructive characteristic, energy performance, type of ownership/residents and location) and existing and innovative technologies for walls, windows, roofs and HVAC systems renovation as well as implementation of RES. Secondly, it analyses these technologies suitability for the countryspecific building typologies and climate zones as well as necessary investment, possible barriers and impact on tenants.

You can find and download the reports at Publications.
